The lots being sold are part of a large 540-acre parcel of land that we have recently acquired in Notre-Dame-de-Pontmain in the Province of Quebec. The lots are mainly constituted of rolling hills and sandy soil. It is an important resort area which borders the navigable waterways on more than 100 kilometers on the Lièvre River and which includes the Lac des Sables et Poisson Blanc reservoirs. It is a real paradise for fishing and water sports.
